This is a beautiful quality silk jersey shirt blouse, as one would expect from Celine.  The blouse is woven with a chain pattern in tones of ochre gold against a black background.  It has a pointy collar, long sleeves, double button cuffs and does up the front with eight shell buttons. .

Label:  Celine Paris.  Celine was founded in 1945 by husband and wife team Richard and Celine Vipiana as a children’s shoe store.  In 1967, they present a line of elegant sportswear and by the 1970s, Celine became known as a luxury house, producing high quality fashion garments.

Material: Label reads 100% Pure Silk Made in Italy with a care label that indicates Dry Clean Only

Sizing: Size 38 is indicated, which should be equivalent to a US size 8, but appears to be smaller.  Please note the following measurements for fit, taking note that your body measurements should be smaller and that, being a jersey, there is some stretch to the fabric:

Sleeves:  24” long

Sleeve inseam:  18”

Bust:  34” around, taken at the bottom of the arm openings

Length:  24” long, measured flatCondition:  It is in very good condition with no pronounced wear, tear, stains or odors - this blouse looks like it saw little use, and was very well cared for over the years.
